JELA reaches out to disadvantaged children through five general project areas. These project areas aim at improving the life quality of children in Asia and Brazil, as well as offering overseas opportunities of service for volunteers from within Japan. Within each area, JELA works in a variety of ways to ensure that the needy children of today will have a bigger and brighter tomorrow.
