Refugee Care

Millions of people throughout the world are classified as refugees, unable to live in their home country due to religious, racial or political persecution. In cooperation with the United Nations Human Refugee Commission and local NGOs, JELA serves as an advocate for such individuals who do not have a voice. In addition, JELA provides shelter and basic living expenses for such individuals seeking resettlement in Japan or elsewhere in the world.
